Holistic Restoration’s Classroom is a sacred space held for hosting gatherings and integrative experiences for you if you’re searching for better understanding of yourself, the world within and around you.
Regular events and classes of all levels will be held to support:
- introducing you to new perspectives and concepts
- deepening your understanding of what you’ve already learned
- guiding integration and activations so you can begin to live the concepts you’ve learned in your journey and better utilize that training and education you’ve invested in
- full day immersions and certifications to sharpen your skillset and expand your knowledge base of all things natural healing, holistic, energetic, and more
HR’s Classroom offers a cozy, relaxing and intimate gathering space with floor seating to promote a sense of grounding, encourage improvement of mobility in the body, and to activate your child like imagination of fun and play as you learn to live in a more aligned and empowered way, which ultimately offers nurturing and healing to your inner child while relaxing into and engaging with your current position in life.
Your focus while in this space is to enter mindfully and to exit consciously, and while in between honing and honoring a higher level of respect for yourself (your body/mind/sense of self) and others (classmates/family/collective society). You could consider this space a spiritual dojo, where you pause to pay respect to yourself and others, come into the wholeness of yourself, and honor the wholeness of others. All classes and offerings will reflect this, and your awareness of and willingness to embrace this is asked of all students that utilize this sacred space.
