Being a woman—let alone a mother and wife—in today’s society can be beyond challenging!

Regardless of the family or support system around you, it is all too easy to feel overwhelmed and like you are the only one carrying the load.

It’s also super easy to look around at other women and feel like you are the only one struggling to keep it all together…but this couldn’t be further from the truth!

The truth is the struggle is REAL for most women, and it is time we come together and find strength in numbers!

As wives and mothers, Crissy Keye Rollins (Holistic Healer) and Timea Leach (Licensed Professional Counselor Associate & Reiki Master) have felt this need for connection with other women in their own lives.

To answer this need for themselves and other women in our community, Crissy and Timea offer an in-person gathering at the Ugly Mug Bean & Brew at 40/42 8:30-10AM on the first Wednesday each month. The flow of the meeting allows you to arrive past the start or leave before the end without interruption so you are welcomed to join when you can!
