What is Energy, Sound, and Vibrational healing, and why does it matter?

Spending the past 20 years laying hands on people and assisting in balancing their physical bodies has taught me one thing so deeply that it has transformed the way I approach healing altogether, and has allowed for greater results for those I work with, as well as a deeper sense of fulfillment for both my clients and myself.

This one thing is that everything…all that we know and experience in this physical 3-D world…all comes down to energy, frequency, and vibration.

Every path I have followed has backed up this now knowingness within me, from the Eastern teachings of energy healing modalities such as Reiki, to the Western teachings that all physical matter is a collection of atoms too small for the eye to see, vibrating together at different rates, and collectively creating what we take in through our five sense, depending on the speed of how those atoms move.

Now, what does this have to do with healing?

While, my physical 3-D friend, you are more than just your physical body. You are also have a non-physical aspect of you, experienced through your thoughts, feelings, emotions, memories, and all the parts of you that are just as real (especially to you) as the physical parts…which are, again, a collection of atoms moving at a different destiny and frequency as your non-physical aspects of self…if we are still looking through the Western lens.

When only the physical is addressed, only so much can happen.

When we consider the non-physical, when we address and sooth and balance the frequencies that make the whole of you, only are not dense and slow enough to be in physical form, something greater happens. You are more than the sum of your parts. Through balancing the ALL of you, MORE of you…your wellbeing, sense of self, what we call consciousness…restores, as well.

I’ll save the rest of my philosophies and teachings for my students that attend the classes and trainings offered through Holistic Restoration, much of which is best experienced firsthand so you can create your own truths, just like I have, and allow you continue the overview of services offered. Energy Healing Modalities offered… (Reiki Level 3 Master/Teacher)

  • Reiki sessions can be experienced as stand alone modalities, or infused into a therapeutic massage and bodywork session
  • Great for balancing the mind the relaxing the body…learn more on FAQ page.
  • Experienced full clothed, dimly lit room, supported lower back and neck, typically laying face-up throughout session on massage table
  • Most common feedback following a session is a feeling of being relaxed and rejuvenated, with an overall sense of self returned

Sound Healing Modalities offered… (Certified Advanced Sound Healer)

  • Sound Healing can be experienced as a stand alone modality for Solo and Small group sound baths (see more details below on Sound Baths), or incorporated into bodywork or reiki sessions
  • Excellent at clearing and balancing the energy/non-physical aspects of the body while helping you to “tune into” your non-physical self…learn more on FAQ page.
  • Experienced full clothed, dimly lit room, supported lower back and neck, laying face-up throughout session, typically on floor mat
  • Most common feedback following a session is a feeling of relaxation and rejuvenation; feeling of expansion beyond the physical self

Vibrational Healing Modalities offered… (Northern Thai Tok Sen Certified)

  • Tok Sen is an amazing modality that can be experienced as a stand alone modality, or incorporated into bodywork or reiki sessions
  • Rhythmic tapping soothes the mind…vibrational sensation relaxes the body…energetic pathways opening increases space and consciousness, experienced as your overall sense of self and wellbeing restoring.
  • Super effective for easing body tension and joint discomforts…learn more on FAQ page.
  • Can be experienced full clothed as stand alone modality session, or well unclothed during a bodywork session
  • Most common feedback is reduction in physical discomfort and restoring movement and stability where previously weak or achy

Currently, Holistic Restoration offers a Tuning Forks basics and master level training and certification courses, as well as a Sound Healing 101 introduction class, and Sound Healing Facilitator certification class.
