Crissy Keye Rollins is a wife, mother, Nationally Certified Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist, Nutritional Cleansing Coach, and Certified Intrinsic Coach, specializing in Relationships. She began her natural healing journey in December 2001 and over the years, her passion for discovering the true meaning of health and how it is naturally achieved, has only grown stronger.
Crissy feels blessed and honored to offer people what she believes to be a blueprint for a solid foundation for living a balanced, fulfilling life of peace, bliss and ease. She combines her expertise in relieving physical and emotional discomfort to assist in creating balance and transforming lives for those seeking positive change physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Together, she and her clients co-create personalized plans for success, aligning clients with their life’s purpose, and ultimately living the life they deserve, with a focus on getting out of the head, into the body, and living from the heart!
Her unique approach to healing the body, mind, and spirit is a personal one to say the least. Crissy is committed to walking her talk in her personal life and being the example of the balanced living she assists her clients in creating. Every technique she teaches her clients is personally tried and found to be true, creating the foundation for all of her teachings. She is passionate about bringing her experiences to the table which allows for a level of connection often not found in our disconnected world.
