In this class, you will learn the basics of sound healing, including how sound healing works and why it is effective.
Discover and experience a variety of instruments and tools used in sound healing, ranging from sounds from nature, to the harmonic and angelic tones of crystal singing bowls, to the versatile and powerfully effective tuning forks, and more!
You will walk away from this workshop with a foundational understanding of the benefits and application of both weighted and unweighted tuning forks, along with a weighted tuning fork for you to take home and continue the practice for yourself.

In this class, you will learn the basics of sound healing, including how sound healing works and why it is effective, plus a guided introduction to facilitating sound healing experiences.
Discover and experience a variety of instruments and tools used in sound healing, ranging from sounds from nature, to the harmonic and angelic tones of crystal singing bowls, to the versatile and powerfully effective tuning forks, and more!
You will walk away from this workshop with a foundational understanding of the benefits and application of both weighted and unweighted tuning forks, along with singing bowls, and facilitating sound baths and sound healing sessions.
