I am continually being asked how I eat, what I eat, what meals I make for my family, what products do I purchase at the grocery stores, and mostly how do I eat vegetarian without feeling like I’m missing out.
This prompted me to create a series of videos for my online community showing firsthand what it looks like to cook in my kitchen.
These are not fancy edited detailed food blog posts. These are simple, one take, me live and in action prepping, making, and explaining what and how I do and what I use ;)
If you have tips to share be sure to share them and if you make anything or learn anything new, absolutely let me know what it goes!!
Enjoy :)
xxoo,
Crissy
